Warranty services from the manufacturer

You receive a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase in accordance with the warranty conditions.
The completed warranty certificate must be presented in order to make a claim under the warranty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and ageing of your watch. It does not apply in the event of improper handling of the watch.

Improper handling

Water damage, accidental damage (such as impact or breakage) or damage caused by non-compliance with the instructions for use.
Your warranty will be invalidated if you have a repair, maintenance or strap change carried out by a third party not authorized by the manufacturer.

The following watch parts are excluded from the warranty: Battery, crystal, crown, bracelets, bangles, jewelry and any kind of decoration.

In the event of a warranty claim, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer whether a repair can be carried out or whether the watch will be replaced by an identical watch or a watch with similar features. As a rule, postage and insurance fees of €4.99 will be charged. Shipping from us to the manufacturer is integrated in the service and is therefore free of charge for you. Please understand that the repair can take up to 12 weeks due to the many shipping routes.
